The below information was originally the “first post” on this new website, now it is here on the about page as it covers most of the basics.

Me? Who Am I? I am Guincho Guy, the partner of ‘Guincho Girl‘ and we have both launched these sites to house our thoughts and life “steps” in one central place, mainly just because we ‘can’.

What is the “Guincho” all about? Guincho is a place, more specifically it’s a beach in portugal that I recently visited with Guincho Girl. She has been there many times before, seeing as she is portuguese (though a british citizen). The background of the entire name is really with her being Guincho Girl, I guess I just decided that the matching opposite sex equivilent of the domain name sounded great and that it would be a nice addition to the online portfolio.

The main aim of this site is actually to take over the roll of my previous one over at guinchoguy.com and sunnymonkey.com. How well this will go is anyones guess but eventually I hope to point the old domain name to this new site and start riding the internet waves with the new name too.
